The editing process has always been my favorite part of doing wedding photography. It's the part that takes the most time, and the part that mostly goes unseen. The average wedding is usually 4-8 hours, which results in hundreds of photos. Editing these can be very time consuming. Light corrections, color corrections, skin smoothing, etc... We want them to look good for you! I always really enjoy working on the photos of just the bride and groom the most. These are the ones that will go into picture frames, canvas, and hung on the wall.. In the future these will be at the front of the family photo album and remembered the fondest.
Sometimes you take an amazing photo, except you need to see beyond the initial results. Lightroom and Photoshop can help fix problems like over/under exposure, and white balance issues. I love the creativity I am allowed when going through all these pictures and transfering how I see them in my head onto the computer screen for all to see.
